We are proud to be the appointed contractor on many prestigious soft landscape projects throughout the UK. Plant material is selected from a select number of partner nurseries to fit a wide range of projects for any situation and provide a top quality result first time, every time. At Blakedown, we continue to maintain and improve upon the quality of our services. As members of the Horticultural Trade Association Contractors Certification Scheme, we aim to ensure the supply of plants to the landscape market conforms to the National Plant Specification.

In partnership with clients, Blakedown Landscapes is involved in projects of significant environmental impact and recognises that future generations will benefit from the contracts we carry out today. Wherever possible, we utilise natural products within the project guidelines to provide the client with an environmentally friendly end product. As a leading landscape contracting company, we are also actively identifying ways to recycle waste products, thereby reducing landfill dependency.

The trend towards the restoration of our natural heritage has called for the use of traditional plants and planting styles. Our relationships with commercial and specialist nurseries have enabled us to contract grow traditional plant species to meet this demand. Our expertise in this field is endorsed by a number of award-winning schemes over many years of experience.

The motorway network across the UK dominates the landscape. Working in association with the Highways Agency, Blakedown Landscapes has managed to lessen the impact by careful, sympathetic planting and maintenance, thus creating habitats for wildlife whilst enhancing an otherwise hostile environment.
